The Bouroullec brothers
Industrial designers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec were born outside Quimper in Brittany in 1971 and 1976 respectively. They have been working together for just ten years but their collaboration has proved hugely successful: their distinctive visual style has earned them a clutch of prestigious awards, while manufacturers, such as the likes of Vitra, Capellini, Lignes Roset and Established & Sons, clamour after their work.
